  5. Layout Plans and specification are subject to change if required and may be decided by the company or company’s architect or any other competent authority.

One time interest free security for facilities management(IDSFM)@RS.50/-(Fifty) per square feet of super area of the said flat has to be deposited with the agency or nominated company in respect Interest free sinking fund(IFSF).
  11. Reticulated cooking gas supply is subject to availability of gas line in the area and will be charged extra.
  12. Timely payment of the installment is the essence of the agreement.
  13. On cancellation of any booking 10% of the received/ credited amount will be deducted.
  14. This price list is only a reference document and the booking is subject to detailed terms and conditions of the company standard Application Form/Allotment Agreement to sale.
